Midtronics EXP-1145NA, Porsche Specific Battery Tester

Description

The EXP-1145 checks the condition of the vehicle battery without a load using Midtronics’ “Dynamic Conductance Battery Testing Technology” which combines direct temperature measurement with deep scan technology to improve accuracy and decisiveness (fewer charge & retest results).

The results of the battery tests and a Porsche-specific test code are communicated via the included infrared PC interface to the accompanying Windows-based software which prints these results and which must be submitted with any battery warranty claim.  The results are also stored on an optional SD card and can be sent to a separate optional IR printer, for use in customer discussions.
