After a soap application our patented SofTec® foam brush technology ensures a clean car for every customer. The top brush is controlled by pneumatic cylinders and a counterbalance system, providing a quiet and gentle wash pressure. The side brushes pivot overhead to ensure smooth travel around the front, rear and sides of the vehicle. Tall vertical and short grill brushes can easily be added at this point to provide extra attention to hard-to-clean surfaces.

The heavy-duty electric motors rotate the 96-inch long brushes against the wheels as they travel along the conveyor, resulting in 360-degree cleaning power.

Finally, the rinse rain bar  and the spot free rain bar and ensures all wash water and foam chemicals are removed in preparation for the drying.

The system is robust and hardy, made of stainless steel to eliminate shakes and corrosion. All controls and motor functions are electric for more precise pressure regulation and no risk of hydraulic leaks.
