Program Information

The Product Support Center (PSC) Admin group provides special service tools for trucks and engines globally. The purpose of the program description is to clarify the procedures regarding all special service tool orders handled by the PSC Admin Group. We are your “one stop” resource for ordering Specialty service tools for your dealership.

Warranty

Each product is warranted for one year. For more information, please refer to section H in the Terms and Conditions of sale. Please contact us if we can be of any assistance in coordinating warranty information or service.

Return Goods Authorization

In the event you need to return a product, please request an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) from us either by Case File or by Phone 1-800-365-0088. All products must be new, unused and in the original carton. After receiving approval for return, the product is to be shipped to the address provided, with freight prepaid. We will issue you credit, based on the credit issued by the supplier. Please see Terms and Conditions of Sale regarding return freight, refurbishment, repackaging and restocking charges.

Tool Safety

Shop and tool safety is everyone's business and responsibility. Keep in mind that proper service techniques are the most important parts of the process. Wear safety glasses and chemical-blocking nytrile gloves when performing work of any kind. When working with high noise producing tools, wear hearing protection. All electrical tools must be properly grounded, and checked over for frayed wires, before use. We recommend that you read and follow all manufacturers' warnings. Protect yourself and those around you.

Invoicing

Order payment is handled through direct debit of the dealerships open account on a monthly basis. For any dealership concerns regarding monthly billing statements please DO NOT open a case file. Please email the Product Support Center at PorscheTEP@snapon.com with all the details, and attach a copy of the invoice or statement in question to the communication.

Delivery

UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, USPS OVERNIGHT, and USPS PRIORITY (2-3 DAY) orders must be received by 10:00am Central for same day shipping for product that is in stock. Please note that orders may take 24-48 hours to ship as fulfillment may be subject to our suppliers' cut-off times, processing, and lead-times.
