Working on high-voltage batteries in electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids requires special employee qualifications and safe, certified equipment.
With the VAS 275 003, the user always has the right tool for this work at hand.
The 123-piece high-voltage tool set VAS 275 003 was designed exclusively in coordination with all Group brands and enables all relevant activities in the high-voltage area to be carried out.
The VAS 275 003 is optimally adapted to the area of ??application. We deliberately avoided using tools that were not needed for vehicle repairs.
The tool set consists of the modules VAS 275 003/1, VAS 275 003/2, VAS 275 003/3,
VAS 275 003/4 and VAS 275 003/5.
The variable foam inserts of the individual modules are suitable for the workshop trolleys VAS 6834A, VAS 6835A, VAS 276 001 and VAS 276 003. The division into half or full drawer sizes depends on the respective module scope. Each foam insert can be adapted to the respective drawer size using appropriate perforation.
The high-voltage tool set offers a stationary alternative to the portable tool sets with insulated tools (VAS 6762A, VAS 691 003A, VAS 6883A, VAS 691 001). The insulating mat VAS 6762/44 and the voltage tester VAS 6762/45 must be ordered separately when using VAS 275 003.
The VAS 275 003 meets the requirements of DIN EN IEC 60900, which means that each tool is individually tested and approved for 1,500 V DC.
