The adapter VAS5056/14 serves, in conjunction with the additional airbag tester VAS5056, as a means of precise fault localisation by simulation of a working ignition capsule. The adapter VAS5056/14 is no longer included in the items supplied with the additional airbag tester VAS5056C, ASE 442 018 01 000. All dealerships with addtional airbag tester VAS5056,VAS5056A, VAS5056B and VAS5056C should supplement their equipment with adapter VAS5056/14.
