Used to remove and install engines and gearboxes in Porsche vehicles. The engines must be removed and installed as a unit with the respective gearbox from underneath the vehicle. The requisite removal philosophy is taken account of by the use of scissor-action assembly platform VAS 6832.
The scissor-action assembly platform raises the load by means of a hydraulic foot pump. Lowering is by foot-operated control (the integrated lowering brake valve enables fine control of the lowering speed).
With its numerous adjustment options, the support plate makes it possible to adjust the x and y axis by ± 20 mm and the tilt angle by ± 2°.
The mounting holes allow secure mounting of vehicle-specific attachments.
